王恩東、男、汉族、1963年生,畢業于南開大學經濟學博士，中共党員。曾先後擔任審計局局長、民政局局長、開發區管委會主任等職,對區域經濟和文化産業有深入研究。現任中國徐悲鴻畫院副院长、總經理。
