池穎紅，女，汉族，1972年生，畢業于中央美術學院硕士研究生。中國美術家協會會員，哈尔滨师范大学教授，碩士研究生導師。黑龙江省美术家协会副主席、中國徐悲鴻畫院副院長。

      Chi Yinghong, female, Han ethnicity, born in 1972, holds a master's degree from the Central Academy of Fine Arts. She is a member of the China Artists Association, a professor at Harbin Normal University, and a master's supervisor. Additionally, she serves as the Vice President of the Heilongjiang Provincial Artists Association and the Deputy Director of the Xu Beihong Painting Academy of China.
