梁時民,1959年出生生于四川梓州,先后毕业于四川美术学院、广西艺术学院,获美术硕士学位,武汉大学博士学位,作品多次参加国内外大展获金、银、铜奖。現爲中國美術家協會理事、四川省美術家協會主席、國家一級美術師、享受國務院政府特殊津貼專家、中央文史研究館書畫院研究員、中國畫學會理事、四川省學術和技術帶頭人、四川省專家評審委員會委員。(圖片點擊放大還原)
Liang Shimin was born in Zizhou, Sichuan in 1959. He graduated from Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts and Guangxi Academy of Arts with a master's degree in fine arts and a doctorate degree from Wuhan University.
